Terms of Service

By using drilbyte.com, the mining app at dril.drilbyte.com or the DrilByte network, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must not use our services where doing so is prohibited by law. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
2. Mining and rewards
- Mining lets you earn DRBY by starting a session once every 24 hours. Current reward rates, referral bonuses and limits are shown in the app and may change, including decreasing as participation grows.
- The mining pool is limited (2.5% of supply). Rewards are not guaranteed and may end when the pool is used up.
- KYC is required at claim. Verified users receive their DRBY on-chain in four installments. We may refuse or delay a claim if verification fails.
- Mined balances shown in the app are not tokens on the blockchain until they are sent to your wallet.
3. Fair use
One person may have one account. Multiple accounts, bots, automation, fake referrals or any attempt to cheat the system may lead to forfeited rewards and account suspension.
4. DRBY is a utility token
DRBY is intended for use within the DrilByte ecosystem. It is not an investment, a security or a promise of profit. We make no promise about its price, value, listing or liquidity. Nothing on our services is financial, legal or tax advice.
5. The network
DrilByte is a Proof-of-Authority network. At this stage it has a single validator operated by the DrilByte team, so it is not decentralized. The network may be upgraded, paused or changed, including to fix problems or add validators. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible: check wallet addresses carefully.
6. Risks
Crypto assets and new networks carry risks, including software bugs, security incidents, loss of keys, regulatory changes and loss of all value. You use the services at your own risk.
7. Wallets and security
You are responsible for your wallet and private keys. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.
8. Third-party services
Our services may link to or rely on third parties such as X, KYC providers and wallets. We are not responsible for their services or policies.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrilByte is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or tokens arising from your use of the services.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access when needed, for example to prevent abuse or to comply with the law. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
